Sadly, our time in Africa had come to an end! 6 camps in two countries with a sojourn in Zanzibar. It had been wonderful adventure! We had seeen so many wonderful things it is hard to capture them all!
We boarded our last tiny bush plane for another difficult travel day. Three flights, (Shinde to Maun, Maun to Johannesburg, Johannesburg to Amsterdam) the last of which was 11 long hours in duration! We had memories of beautiful scenery, wildlife, spectacular sunsets and wonderful people to keep us company as we made our way north to our next destination, Amsterdam.
