September 18, National Museum

We discovered that Cardiff is home to a well reviewed and acclaimed art museum.  This establishment houses the second largest impressionist collection, second only to the Louvre.  We decided to take some time to sed the collection.  It was stunning with Monet, Cezanne, Rodin, Turner to name but a few.







Then it was time to move on and we headed north to Brecon, through a national park called Brecon Beacons.  Unfortunately bad weather impeded our view of the picturesque meadows but we did see sheep and wild horses on our way...
